Mondays
10:30 -11:30  New  exercise class - Stay Active  Longer:  Seated, standing or a bit of  both, for flexibility, balance and strength
                        Please note that the exercise class includes a variety of exercises, so you can join at any time - come and move it with   
                        Mary!  £5 for members, £7 for non-members

2:00 - 3:00 Friendship choir: no auditions necessary, fun and friendly. For more information contact debraskeen@gmail.com

Tuesdays
10:30 - 12:00 Craft group:  Bring your own work or learn a new craft.  Free for members

2:00 - 3:00 Golden yoga: No experience needed. £11 for members and £12 for non-members

Wednesdays
10:30 - 12:00 Ukelele groups:  Beginners 10:00 - 11:00  Improvers 11: 00 - 12:00.  For more information contact debraskeen@gmail.com

Thursdays
10:30 - 11:30 Extend:  Gentle, fun exercises to music to suit everyone.  £5 for members

Fridays
10:30 - 12:00 Various events including coffee mornings in aid of local charities


Other Services

Footcare Service
A Footcare service is provided by Glynis Henderson, a trained podiatrist. Glynis continues to provides the same service formerly done by Age UK. She offers appointments on Tuesdays at the House of Friendship -  Please contact her directly on 07717 167544 for details or to arrange an appointment.

Room Hire

If you would like to hire one of our rooms, please ring Alex any week day morning between 9.30am and 1.30pm on 01273 476469 or you can email leweshouseoffriendship@gmail.com.
Our lounge is booked on most weekdays, but as you see below, we also have a large room upstairs available to hire.  Our reception room (suitable for small groups) is also available to hire in the afternoons and evenings.

The Old Snooker Room on the first floor is also available to hire - suitable for larger groups.
